We take great care in packing and shipping your order. Since we deal in food products like rice and spices, all sales are considered final and non-returnable.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a refund or replacement if appropriate.

Clear photos of the damaged or defective items

We do not issue refunds for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
